With just a few clicks, people can browse, pay, and have everything they want delivered to their doorsteps. While convenience became the norm, malls lost their charm—but online shopping has its limitations. You can’t try on the perfect fit, smell the pretzels wafting through the hall, or stumble upon something you didn’t know you needed.
We tapped into consumers’ digital footprints, tailoring ads to what they were searching for online.
Some things are simply better experienced in real life.

MALL SCAVENGER HUNT
We designed scavenger hunts unique to each Simon Malls location by hiding QR codes on window displays. Each QR code has a riddle. Complete 5 of them and earn a $50 voucher and a chance to win 50% off any item in the mall (and we mean anything!!)
Not only did we get customers back into the mall, we also got them to explore the array of activities that they can do at the mall that they might not even realize!
